We accomplished this by incorporating striking imagery, dynamic layouts, a robust catalog for their talent, and interactive elements that showcase their approach and abilities.

We can’t wait to see what the future holds as they continue to pave the way in an ever expanding industry.

As I continue to reflect on , I wanted to share some of the most impactful things I've learned from women throughout my career.

1.) Always be yourself. It doesn't matter your title, the company you work for, or the people you surround yourself with. Be authentic, be honest and speak your truth.

2.) Work life balance isn't something that's "nice to have" it's a must. As women, we tend to multitask and say yes to everything, and while working hard is a great thing, there's also a huge significance to days of rest. Practice saying "no", and learn that it's ok to do nothing so that you can properly recharge.

3.) Support one another! Women have faced enough challenges, we don't need to add tearing each other down to the list. There is enough room in the world for every person, and no matter how hard others may try to compete, there is only 1 YOU. Focus on being the best you can while letting others thrive in their own lane.

here, co-founder + designer at Åtte! This week we are taking the time to reflect on impactful female-led experiences that Åtte has given us the opportunity to have. I could not think of a better experience to highlight than being a part of Twice Nourished's collaborative dinner series. ‘s focus on women, food, and connection created an environment that felt warm, welcoming and intentional. In every sense, the experience was soul-feeding. From documenting the night through photography, to the plates our food laid on, each person brought something to the table that evening with significance that allowed their craft to flourish. That evening will forever be a reminder of the special connection between women, the collaborative + supportive environments we create, and the fearless creativity we harbor. I am grateful for all the wonderful women that filled the room and the time we spent together around the table. | Photo:
