Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s first entry, into the Brooklyn dining scene is a hybrid of his three existing ABC restaurants — ABC Kitchen in Manhattan, ABC Cocina, and ABCV — which opens this week. The new ABC Kitchens debuts in Dumbo at 55 Water Street, at Dock Street. We have had the pleasure of being the project manager on this gorgeous new restaurant. Opening today!

We got to take off our hard hats and be the customer last night at The restaurant is gorgeous, the combined menu’s of Aqua Roma and Aqua Kyoto were delicious and the hospitality was top notch. Thank you Aqua from the entire SHI team.

Excited to be the project management team on our 6th Time Out Market food hall. The 10,000 square-foot space with a little over 200 indoor seats will open on the ground floor of Zero Irving. It will have seven stalls, a bar, and a performance stage, and a 70-seat outdoor terrace. It’s the 11th Time Out Market in the world, with the first having opened in Lisbon, Portugal in 2014.

It’s one of seven Time Out Markets on track to open in the next two years

So while The Moore hotel might not be a fun-and-sun resort, it is unquestionably mainland Miami’s coolest new hotel for those looking to immerse themselves in art and design. And, maybe, just a hint of Muppet-induced mid-century nostalgia. The newest, coolest hotel in the Miami Design District and a project we are very proud of.

The Moore hotel is an apt addition to Miami’s Design District.
