The Brentwood invites you to our Dietitian, Katherine Pence, RDN, LDN!

Katherine has always had a passion for nutrition and how it influences not only physical health, but also mental well-being and overall quality of life!

She graduated from the University of New Hampshire, obtaining her degree in nutrition and dietetics. She then went on to complete her dietetic internship at Mount Auburn Hospital specializing in medical nutrition therapy. She has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for the past 5 years, which has provided her with a diverse skill set and exposure to various areas within the field of nutrition!

Katherine joined The Brentwood in 2023. Her education and experience make her a valuable asset to the healthcare team, and she is committed in helping provide excellent care and enriching the nutritional health of the residents!

Our support group, “Moving Forward in your Relationships” is a free, weekly support group for survivors of all gender identities and ages who are dealing with challenges in current or past relationships. Facilitated by a LICSW, the group meets online regularly and enjoys opportunities to meet in-person on various occasions throughout the year - yoga being a favorite!
