We are thrilled to share that Red Oaks has received a 2026 Bulfinch Award for Residential Restoration from Institute of Classical Art & Architecture New England, marking our tenth Bulfinch Award.

Perched atop a forty-foot-high granite outcropping overlooking a South Shore harbor, Red Oaks is a historic estate with a 1906 American Foursquare at its heart. Our work sought to bring the original house back into focus, thoughtfully reinterpreting the residence so the Foursquare could once again lead the architectural narrative.

We are grateful to our clients for entrusting us with this remarkable home, to the partners and trades whose skill brought our vision to life, and to the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art New England for this meaningful recognition.
