All American Towing & Auto Repair Update 🇺🇸

We just wanted to take a minute to give everyone a quick update and say thank you for all the continued support—it truly means a lot to us.

Even with a few recent challenges, we’re still here working hard every day to keep things moving. Our auto repair shop is fully up and running, and we’re continuing to take care of our customers with the same quality and honesty you’ve come to expect from us.

As for towing, that is still unavailable at the moment, but we’re actively working on getting everything back up and running as soon as possible. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this time.

What’s coming up:

• Getting our towing operations back on the road stronger than ever

Yesterday one of our tow trucks was involved in a serious accident and looks like a total loss. We are incredibly thankful that there was no loss of life. At this time, our towing services will be unavailable until further notice while we work through the situation with insurance carriers.

We want to extend a sincere thank you to the many people who stepped in to help. We are incredibly grateful to the All American Towing and Auto Repair family, MERJ Fleet , Matthew Farrell with Boss Towing, the Lackawanna Police Department, Lackawanna Fire Department, the EMTs at AMR, and everyone else who assisted at the scene. Your quick response, professionalism, and support meant a great deal during a very stressful moment.

As you can imagine, we are now working through all the paperwork. Situations like this remind us how fortunate we are to be part of such a strong and supportive community. Thank you for your patience, support, and prayers as we navigate the next steps.

While our towing services are temporarily unavailable, our shop will resume normal operations and phone calls tomorrow, Tuesday, March 10th, and we are here for vehicle repairs.

🚛 THIS WEEK HIT DIFFERENT. 🇺🇸

This isn’t just a truck… this is a milestone.

This week, we officially put our DOT and MC numbers and our logo on our very first tow truck — making it officially official that All American Towing & Auto Repair is ready to serve our community.

This truck represents long days, late nights, hard work, risk, and a whole lot of faith. It represents starting from the ground up, doing things the right way, and never cutting corners. It represents family, grit, and the belief that if you work hard enough, something real will come from it.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, grateful for everyone who’s supported us, and excited for where we’re headed next. This is just the beginning.
