THE ARE GOING TO THE FINALS.🏆

I used to meditate on the seats just above the floor prior to every game at 🧘🏻‍♂️ visualizing a celebration like no other, sending nothing but loving energy to this building that has seen so much history— both joyful AND painful.

My tenure in New York was both the most rewarding and most challenging times of my life— but it made grow into the clinician, leader, mentor, human that I am today. Yet this story isn’t unique to me…it’s the story of every New Yorker that loves sport, loves basketball, loves the city for which this team symbolizes.🗽

Honored to understand what 🟠🔵 skies truly means, and humbled to have simply been a servant to a fan base that is truly unmatched in all of basketball.🏀

These are the rare times I’m feeling 🫣 BUT HOW CAN I NOT!? LET’S GO KNICKS!

“Thank you, Seattle.” ☔️☀️💚

The last time I was here was nearly 30 years ago.
Back when you could walk into buy a tumbler, and they’d fill it with whatever coffee you wanted.

This trip felt a little different.

- A weekend of rare Seattle sunshine.
- Celebrating my old colleague’s 50th birthday at “TREVCHELLA” complete with live band rock-a-oke.
- Stopping by the original Starbucks to grab my little sister a special “Pike’s Place” mug for her collection.
- Coffee dates with my not-so-little niece at the “ventanita” right next to the hotel.

And somewhere in between all that…
we grabbed a “W” too.

Funny how life works.

You think you’re traveling for work.
Then suddenly you’re collecting moments.
Family. Friendship. Laughter. Coffee. Rain that never came.
It seems like .the.coyote is really becoming the unofficial good luck charm of the on and off the pitch!

Grateful for the (beautiful) game.
But even more grateful for everything around it.

Seattle, you were good to us. 🌧️✈️⚽️✌🏽

NOT SO “Sleepless in Seattle”…

Spend the sunset walking around downtown Seattle on a cool but clear spring/summer day.

Saw familiar things, as well as sights that were completely brand new to me.

Grateful for the best weather one could ever ask and hope for in the Emerald City.🙏🏽
