Be honest. Are you running the company, or are you the most overworked employee on the team?

Somewhere between the launch and the 6pm “just one more email,” the CEO clocks out and the operator picks up her laptop. And honestly, it costs more than you think.

You can’t out-hustle a nervous system running on empty. The founders we watch build the longest, biggest, most enviable companies aren’t doing the most. They’re doing the right things, and they’re doing them from a body that has something left to give.
