Prince Harry reveals his ‘occupation’ and picks Harry Kane when asked about swapping lives

Prince Harry opened up about fatherhood, his royal title and football during a new podcast interview recorded during his recent trip to the U.K.

The Duke of Sussex, 41, appeared on the July 13 episode of Joe Marler Will See You Now, hosted by former England rugby player Joe Marler.

The interview was filmed while Harry was in London, where the podcast is primarily recorded at the Kennington Podcast Studios.

During the conversation, Marler asked Harry to introduce himself using his full name.

“Henry Albert Charles David, Duke of Sussex,” Harry replied.

When asked about his occupation, Harry gave a few answers before settling on one.

“Full-time dad. British Army veteran. Prince of England. Duke. But for today, I don't know. What do you want?” he said.

Marler also asked Harry about the Invictus Games and whether he would describe himself as an inventor.

“Founder,” Harry corrected, referring to the international sporting event for wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans.

Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, stepped back from their roles as working members of the royal family in 2020 and later moved to California, while continuing to use their titles as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

During the interview, Marler also asked Harry which famous person named Harry he would choose to swap lives with for one day: musician Harry Styles, footballer Harry Kane or fictional character Harry Potter.

“Kane, on a winning day,” Harry answered. “You don’t want to be Kane on a losing day, do you?”

He also agreed when asked whether he believed England could win the World Cup.

Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list

Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup.

The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed.

Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence.

Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken.

Following the investigation, FIFA confirmed that Dieperink would no longer be part of its World Cup officiating team.

Dieperink had said he was “wrongly accused” and expressed disappointment over missing the tournament.

“From the beginning, I have fully cooperated with the police investigation and also immediately provided full disclosure to FIFA, UEFA, and the KNVB,” he told Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf.

“It is unfortunate that FIFA has decided not to appoint me for the World Cup anymore; I am naturally disappointed about that.”

The reported incident came ahead of a UEFA Conference League match between Crystal Palace and Fiorentina in April, when Dieperink had travelled to London for the fixture.

In its statement following his death, the KNVB described Dieperink as an internationally experienced referee and a valued member of the refereeing community.

“With Rob, the refereeing community loses a highly valued referee with international experience, but above all, a fine and dedicated colleague,” the association said.

The KNVB added that its thoughts were with his family, friends and those close to him.

I just know I lost my best friend - Nolan Wells’ friend speaks out as investigation continues

One of the friends who was with Nolan Wells during the July 4 trip to Mississippi's Horn Island has spoken publicly as authorities continue investigating the 18-year-old's death.

Speaking to ABC News on *Good Morning America*, Tracestin Shepherd said he and the others who were on the trip have been affected by Wells' death and the public reaction that followed.

“I just know I lost my best friend,” Shepherd said.

Shepherd declined to appear on camera, explaining that he and the other members of the group had received threats online.

“We did no wrong here and we don't understand how we're getting so much hate behind us,” he said. “We all cared and loved Nolan, and nobody wanted to see Nolan die. Nobody wanted to see his life be taken so short.”

Wells disappeared after traveling to Horn Island with a group of friends on July 4. His body was found in the water near the island's northwest end two days later.

Authorities have said they believe Wells may have drowned and have not found evidence of foul play. However, investigators are still awaiting autopsy results while reviewing videos, witness statements and other evidence. Wells' family has also launched an independent investigation and requested a separate autopsy.

Jackson County Sheriff John Ledbetter previously said Shepherd and the other young people on the trip have cooperated with investigators.

In a separate interview with *Rolling Stone*, Shepherd said he decided to speak publicly after giving his account to investigators because he wanted to respond to speculation surrounding the case.

‘There were 10,000 people outside’: Jay-Z explains why his Yankee Stadium concert started hours late

Jay-Z has explained why the final concert of his three-night run at Yankee Stadium in New York started more than four hours behind schedule.

The rapper addressed fans after taking the stage shortly after midnight on July 13, apologising for the delay and saying it was caused by security concerns outside the venue.

“Let me explain the delay to you guys,” Jay-Z told the crowd. “It was like 10,000 people outside, and we closed all the doors, and somebody rushed the door. They closed the door for you guys’ safety and everyone’s safety outside.”

He added, “There’s 10,000 people outside; I don’t want to start the music and people get trampled. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience, but I had to make sure everyone was OK. I appreciate your patience.”

The concert, which marked the final night of performances celebrating the 30th anniversary of his 1996 album Reasonable Doubt, continued until nearly 3 a.m.

During the show, Jay-Z was joined on stage by several guest performers, including Rihanna, who made a rare live appearance to perform Run This Town before singing B---h Better Have My Money.

Teyana Taylor also joined him for Can't Knock the Hustle, while Usher and Pharrell Williams made guest appearances.

Beyoncé also performed during the concert, joining Jay-Z for their 2013 song Drunk in Love while wearing a New York Yankees T-shirt.

The singer had also appeared during Jay-Z's July 10 performance at Yankee Stadium, where she surprised fans by joining him on stage before ending her appearance with a kiss and telling him, “I love you so much.”

Little House on the Prairie cast says they made Luke Bracey a Taylor Swift fan

Taylor Swift's music became part of the off-screen experience for the cast of Little House on the Prairie, with several actors saying it helped them bond during filming.

Speaking to PEOPLE, Alice Halsey, who plays Laura Ingalls, said she, Skywalker Hughes and Crosby Fitzgerald all shared a love for Swift's music and introduced co-star Luke Bracey to her songs.

“Listen, I am a Swiftie beyond your imagination,” Halsey said. “I absolutely love her. I love all of her songs.”

She said music brought the cast together in much the same way it does for the Ingalls family in the series.

“I think in the show you can definitely see how music is something that keeps us really tight, and in real life, that was the same,” she said.

Halsey added that she and Hughes “immediately bonded over our love of pop and Taylor Swift,” while Fitzgerald was also a Swift fan.

When they realised Bracey was not very familiar with Swift's music, the group decided to change that.

“When we learned that Luke was not super-duper familiar with Taylor, we were like, ‘Okay, we're making you a Swiftie,’” Halsey said.

“So we forced him to listen to ‘Anti-Hero’ 500 times,” she added with a laugh. “But listen, it's what we had to do.”

Ariana Madix pays tribute to Love Island USA producer James Barker after his sudden death

Ariana Madix has paid tribute to Love Island USA executive producer James Barker following his death.

The Emmy-nominated host, 41, shared a message about Barker on her Instagram Story on Sunday, July 12, the same day as the season 8 finale of the reality dating show.

“As many of you know, we unexpectedly lost a dear friend this summer,” Madix wrote. “James Barker is the kindest person you could ever meet with the kind of soul that truly radiated from within. We will miss you him always.”

Madix also shared a link to a GoFundMe fundraiser created by Barker’s partner, Adam Roth, to help cover expenses following his death.

“If anyone is able to donate or to just share this, thank you,” she wrote.

“And, thank you to James for touching all of our lives with your amazing light. We miss you.”

The fundraiser had raised more than $64,000 toward its $75,000 goal as of Sunday. According to the page, Barker died on June 12, 2026, after what it described as an “unpreventable and tragic sudden death.”

The fundraiser’s description said there was no time to prepare for his death and that his loved ones were dealing with both personal loss and immediate expenses.

“Anyone who knew James knows how deeply he loved his community and how generously he showed up for others,” the page stated.

ITV America and Peacock previously confirmed to PEOPLE on June 15 that Barker experienced an “unexpected medical emergency” the week before his death.

Kate Middleton presented Wimbledon semi-finalist Arthur Fery with a birthday card before attending the men’s singles final with her family.

The Princess of Wales, 44, met the rising tennis player alongside her children, Prince George, 12, and Princess Charlotte, 11, before joining Prince William for Sunday’s final at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

In a video shared by Sky News, Kate handed Fery the card and said, “This is for you, happy birthday,” before introducing him to George and Charlotte.

Fery, who turned 24, reached the Wimbledon semi-finals as a wildcard entrant before his run ended with a defeat to Alexander Zverev.

Kate congratulated him on his tournament performance, telling him he did a “fantastic job” and adding, “Honestly, really well done.”

Sam Neill’s final public appearance was at ARIA Hall of Fame event weeks before his death

Sam Neill's last public appearance came just weeks before his death, when he attended the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Hall of Fame ceremony in Sydney.

The *Jurassic Park* actor, who died at the age of 78, appeared in good spirits at the June event, where he posed for a selfie with singer Kate Ceberano, one of the 2026 Hall of Fame inductees.

Neill also shared backstage photos with fellow inductees Vika and Linda Bull, as well as singer Jenny Morris.

Posting on Instagram after the event, he wrote: “Great night in Sydney. Four women I have idolised for decades were honored. Jenny Morris, Kate Ceberano, and Vika and Linda Bull.”

He also acknowledged former New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, who inducted Morris into the Hall of Fame.

“Jenny was inducted by no less than our former NZ PM, Jacinda Ardern. Another hero,” Neill wrote.

The ceremony marked the 40th anniversary of the Australian Recording Industry Association awards and celebrated artists who have made significant contributions to Australian music.

Neill's family announced on Monday, July 13, that the actor had died in Sydney. In a statement, they said his death was “sudden and unexpected” and noted that he had remained cancer free.

Broadway actor Josh Grisetti dies at 44, colleague Rob McClure says: ‘We love you Josh’

Broadway actor Josh Grisetti, known for his work in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Something Rotten! and It Shoulda Been You, has died at the age of 44.

Actor Rob McClure confirmed Grisetti's death in an Instagram post on Sunday, July 12, saying Grisetti died on Friday, July 10.

“It is with a shattered heart that I share that the brilliant Josh Grisetti died on Friday,” McClure wrote. “My heart is with his wife and family as they try to deal with the reality of this.”

McClure, who appeared alongside Grisetti in Something Rotten! on Broadway and on its national tour, said he and his wife were “beyond heartbroken.” He also noted that he had served as the best man at Grisetti's wedding.

“We love you Josh,” he wrote, adding that memorial information would be shared at a later time.

Following the announcement, members of the Broadway community, including Rachel Zegler, Caissie Levy, Lea Salonga, Erika Henningsen, Drew Gehling and Donna Murphy, shared messages of condolence.

Actress Sierra Boggess, who starred with Grisetti in It Shoulda Been You, also paid tribute.

“We all loved him so unbelievably much,” she wrote. “He created light and thought and humor everywhere he went. He was a brilliant actor and director and writer.”

She added that their cast had remained close over the years and said Grisetti's death would be felt by the many productions and colleagues he worked with throughout his career.

Jurassic Park star Sam Neill dies at 78, family says death was ‘sudden and unexpected’

Sam Neill, the actor best known for playing Dr. Alan Grant in Jurassic Park, has died at the age of 78.

His family announced his death in a statement shared on Instagram on Monday, July 13, saying he died in Sydney, Australia.

“It is with immense sadness that the whānau of Sam Neill share the news of his passing on Monday 13th July, in Sydney, Australia,” the statement read.

The family added, “Sam was surrounded by family and passed with the dignity that has characterized his whole life. The loss was sudden and unexpected but blessed by the fact that Sam remained cancer free.”

They also thanked the staff at St Vincent's Private Hospital for their care and asked for privacy.

Born Nigel Neill in Northern Ireland in 1947, he moved to New Zealand with his family when he was seven years old. He later said adapting to life in a new country influenced his decision to become an actor.

Neill changed his first name to Sam when he was 11 after deciding he no longer wanted to be called Nigel.

After studying English at Victoria University in Wellington, he began acting in New Zealand productions before gaining international recognition with the 1977 film Sleeping Dogs. He later appeared in My Brilliant Career, Omen III: The Final Conflict, Possession, A Cry in the Dark, Dead Calm and The Hunt for Red October.

His biggest international breakthrough came in 1993 with Jurassic Park, where he starred as paleontologist Dr. Alan Grant. He also appeared in television series including The Tudors and Peaky Blinders during a career that spanned several decades.
