NurseWorks Northwest Hi! We are Washington State Workers Compensation Nurse Case Managers. has an occupational injury with time loss greater than 30 days.

We offer services throughout the PNW to support worker recovery & efficient claims management. A NURSE CASE MANAGER should be considered when an employee:

has had a traumatic, acute injury that requires hospitalization. has any occupational injury with narcotic usage greater than 30 days. has multiple healthcare providers managing their case. is working with a medical provider that will not cor

respond with the Employer. has a pre-existing injury to the current, occupational injury-site. is working with an Attending Physician that will not release the injured worker to light duty, despite the employer’s ability to accommodate. has medical restrictions that are not improving. continues with an ordered light duty assignment greater than 60 days. subjective complaints are not proportional to the objective findings. has a non-industrial condition(s) that is hindering recovery from an industrial condition.
