Sales Mastery has completed its 20th annual B2B sales performance study. Findings compiled from 250 participants analyzing 2023 and Q1 2024 data show that turbulent times continue to be a challenge. Revenue and quota attainment figures were both down, year-over-year, and respondents are not projecting a major turnaround this year. Lead quality/quantity also continue to be rated as needing improvement, as are most forms of training.
