Feinberg Lopez has been consulting in technical architectural preservation and conservation for the past 14 years. Her business includes structural analysis, historic structures reports, site master plans, preservation planning, National Register nominations, grantsmanship, project management, and construction oversight. Her firm specializes in Architectural Conservation, with paint analysis, and mortar analysis laboratories on site, with a staff that specializes in the identification of historic surface finishes and how this can inform the overall structural investigations. Feinberg Lopez consults with Architecture and Engineering firms from around the county, in addition to the many municipalities and local historical societies. Work includes analysis for the National Park Service, the General Service Administration, and Colorado State Historic Fund, for projects located around the United States.
