Originally built in 1904, this American Foursquare in Boulder’s Mapleton Hill Historic District was thoughtfully renovated to preserve its historic character while creating a home designed for modern living.⁠

The project included a new rear porch for outdoor living, along with a complete interior renovation of the existing home. Through a historic review process, the design carefully balances old and new while respecting the character of the original architecture.⁠
⁠
Projects like Highland Haven are made possible through close collaboration between homeowners, architects and builders. Working alongside a talented project team, thoughtful design and skilled craftsmanship come together throughout the home, from the detailed millwork and custom interiors to the integration of new spaces within the historic structure.⁠

The result is a home that feels both timeless and current, preserving what makes it special while allowing it to evolve for the way its owners live today.⁠

The Silos Wellness Center in Lafayette brings a collection of health and wellness businesses together in a space designed around movement, connection and community.⁠

The 7,000 SF building includes dedicated fitness and wellness studios, an outdoor yoga space and ground-level patio, with a material palette of metal, stone and glass that responds to the historic grain elevator and silos next door.⁠
Located within walking distance of Old Town Lafayette, the project creates a welcoming gateway into the community while supporting an active, healthy lifestyle.⁠

Friendly competition. Great teammates. Even better memories. 🏓⁠

Last Friday, the Sopher Sparn team traded drawings for paddles at our first-ever Pickleball Tournament at Chicken N Pickle.⁠
⁠
There were plenty of competitive rallies, a few surprise upsets, lots of laughs, and some well-earned medals. More importantly, it was a chance to step away from the office, spend time together, and celebrate the people who make our team what it is.⁠
⁠
Congratulations to our tournament champions, and thank you to everyone who joined us and made our first pickleball tournament such a fun success.⁠
