Last Thursday, May 14, we spent a half-day in Fort Collins with a room full of business owners.
No pitch. No sales floor. Just a working session โ owners, coffee, hard questions, and an honest walk-through of what it actually looks like to sell a business.
We covered the full arc. The conversations before a listing ever goes live. The mechanics buyers care about. The places deals quietly succeed or fall apart. The decisions an owner has to make long before they ever see an offer letter.
Business Owners who showed up curious, asked the questions they'd been carrying around for years, and pushed each other's thinking in ways we couldn't have planned.
This is the kind of session most owners don't get access to until they're already at the table โ and by then, the most valuable decisions are behind them. We're trying to change that.
