Why would you work with someone who isn't as good as you? You wouldn't, if you're an A-Player.
If a Founder or Leader looks and is unhealthy, the company will be too.
Because A-Players aren't signing up to work with a leader who is worse than them.
So who is signing up? No one good.
Look at your team. They are a mirror for who you be.
You don't try and change the reflection. You change the person who is looking at their reflection.
