Our very own Bryan Bei won the male division of the Lake Fork Flyathlon this weekend. First finisher and his fish length time bonus held off all others. 10+ miles! Here he is smiling before the race start. DiNatale Water and our client, United Water and Sanitation District, were both recognized at the awards ceremony as sponsors.

Have to love the Colorado Supreme Court. Here's the opening statement in the ruling of the Supreme Court in a recent water court case:
JUSTICE SAMOUR delivered the Opinion of the Court.

Singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell wrote in one of her hit songs that “you don’t know what you’ve got ‘til it’s gone.” Joni Mitchell, Big Yellow Taxi (Siquomb Publ’g Corp. 1970). The sentiment is helpful in articulating our resolution of this appeal from the District Court of Water Division No. 3 (the “water court”).

DiNatale Water Consultants is looking for a full-time, middle to senior level water resource engineer to join our small, hard-working team. DiNatale Water Consultants is a dedicated team of seven staff – all making important contributions to a variety of projects around Colorado and in several states. This position is open to candidates with 5 or more years of experience in water resource engineering and Colorado water rights. Candidates must be knowledgeable in Colorado water law and water rights, and expertise in consumptive use analyses, hydrology and/or groundwater engineering, and water supply modeling is preferred. Good writing skills are required. Professional registration is also preferred.
