Wet basement? This customer had no perimeter drain and the home was backfilled with clay. We excavated the clay down to bottom of the footer, pressure washed the foundation off, seal coated, added perimiter drains, filter fabric and backfilled with sand. Home owners sump pump pit is now dry and water if flowing through the new drainage as it should.
