I love giving good gifts to my children. It blesses me to see the joy on their faces when they open a gift selected just with them in mind. But I don't want the meaning of Christmas to get lost in the gift. So before they open their gift they will read a beautiful word from Jesus, reminding them of the best gift ever received - Christ himself. There is still time to make a statement this Christmas. You might be wondering - can I really incorporate a new tradition into my Christmas gift giving? Will my children push back? No! Children are so excited on Christmas morning! They feel loved and seen. Its a great opportunity to incorporate more of God's word in their lives. Our first Christmas using these tags my children were intrigued and enthusiastic. That enthusiasm has now grown into a genuine excitement about a tradition that brings them comfort and joy, a tradition I believe they will share with their children someday.

There's no better time then Christmas to teach them a little more about the person of Jesus. Each tag has words Jesus spoke while he lived here. Each verse shares more with us about the heart of Christ for his children. The verses are read aloud as you give the gift, bringing Christ into each gift exchange. The "Peace" tags are more muted tones with pretty blues, light browns and white. They set a calmer tone and of course, as each verse is read aloud the peace of Christ is celebrated. Peace and Joy tags come with different verses so both sets can be purchased if more tags are needed. Each set has 12 tags.

The "Joy" set of Christmas Tags is full of bright, traditional Christmas colors. This set will coordinate perfectly with your sparkly red & green paper, or give a nice pop to more subdued Christmas wrapping. Welcome to my new business, Tagged with the Word! If you know me, you know I have a love for God's Word. I believed it is the foundation of all we do and I believe when we bring it into our celebrations we make them even more significant. We are launching with the Christmas with Christ Tags.
