Responding to negative customer feedback is one of the most challenging things to do, but most times negative feedbacks can make your service delivery better. Here are three ways you can respond to these feedbacks:

1. Apologize Sincerely: Express your regrets for any problems encountered by the customer.

2. Offer a Solution: This can be in form of compensation, refund or replacement. Provide a solution to the problems encountered by your customer.

3. Follow Up: After providing a solution, follow the customer up to ensure satisfaction and make sure to appreciate them for their patience.

As a business owner, properly responding to customer feedback sets your business apart. Here are three ways to respond to positive feedback:

1. Express Gratitude: When you're grateful for your customer's positive feedback it encourages them to do more.

2. Ask them for permission to share their feedback as a testimonial. The thing is potential customers want to see that fellow customers have used your product and confirmed it's quality. Sharing your customer's feedback as a testimonial will take your sales to another level!

3. Follow Up: Chances are that after the first sale, the customer/client may forget to come back. Have a follow up system. It would help you to scale your business.
