Episode 9 is now available!

This is part two of the conversation I had with Erin Price, .

Join us as she reveals how we should start by creating our own vision, then focus on realizing our purpose and living the life we've always wanted. It is our vision that should turn into reality, not theirs.

Don’t miss out! Listen to this episode now. Link in bio.

“The way we do one thing is the way we do everything.”

Our everyday lives are not defined by big decisions and major events. It’s the little things that we do, consistently.

Take time to stop and look, what you have finished that you had set a goal to.

Have you completed it?

What I am realizing now is that most of us think like this: Because I had not finished my work. I punished myself for not finishing the work.

But let our mindset change from that into this: doing the little things would have actually helped me finish the work. It would have helped things move, move through me. Like moving would literally help ideas flow.

We have been taught so much about resiliency and sacrifice and I get it. It's a strategy for survival. But it should not be to our detriment.

We can have access to ease and joy. Without pain and suffering.

Our habits tell us who we are.
Succeeding in one little discipline by doing gives you the grit to succeed in others.

Take a moment to reflect on how you do the little things every day. The little things which make up our days and months and years.

Do you start your days applying self-discipline, structure and systems?
Does this ring true to you? How you do anything, is how you do everything..

Setting up in any healthy relationship is essential.

As a coach, setting up boundaries means I get to have an understanding of the partnership I have with my clients and of my own preferences and biases when it comes to coaching.

✨I always value time and I value mutual commitment.
✨I understand and know my limits.
✨I communicate and outline what we each can expect from the other, touch upon the frequency of sessions, desired outcomes..

Because being CLEAR IS KIND.

It establishes you, as a , as a partner, as a .

Are you having a hard time saying NO?
Do you struggle with boundaries?

Share with me your process of setting up boundaries.

I was in my late 20s when I set the goal to make six figures.

And I have frequently asked myself, why is this the goal?
What could striving for this goal cost me?
What is the real goal behind this number?

You know what I discovered reaching the 6 figure goal?

This: More is not always better. Quantity does not always have to trump quality.
The goal may be six figures today and seven figures tomorrow and eight figures the day after that but it will never be enough.

There is no number that is going to solve all of your problems, there is no number, no amount of money, no amount of degrees, no amount of power, or status or material belongings, that is going to be the end, all be all.

Do you also have this 6,7,8 figure goal?
What changed for you when you achieved it?
Or in what ways are you beat up because you haven't reached that milestone yet?

I'd love to hear from you. Slide me a DM. Let’s talk!

It shouldn't be a courageous act to show up at work as your whole self, and yet, many of us shift and/or shrink ourselves daily to "fit into a space" or make others comfortable. We do this at work and in other areas of our lives. We make sure not to wear braids when interviewing for jobs, shrink our bodies to fit into clothes that we have outgrown, put on our "professional" voice for meetings, dim our light so we don't bruise our partner's ego. This s**t is exhausting!!!! I deserve comfort too!!! If you don't embrace big hair, loud voice, crazy pattern wearing, larger than your average, I do the most Cristin; you can exit stage left. And by exit, I mean I release you. I am letting go. May you find your fit.
