Kim will oversee operational excellence, financial performance, team development, guest satisfaction, and property compliance across our organization's portfolio, leveraging her extensive background in hospitality leadership and operations management.

Kim is actively involved in several business and hospitality organizations at the state and national levels. She serves as President-Elect of the Southern Kentucky Hospitality Association (SKYHA), Hotel Council Member for the Kentucky Travel Industry Association (KTIA), and Board Member of the Bowling Green Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (BGACVB), as well as a member of AHLA and several others.

The mission of Three Springs Hospitality Management is to provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service with attention to growing our company, our people, and our partners. We are pleased to announce the promotion of Ishaan Vanmali to the position of Director of Operations.

In this role, Ishaan will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction, developing team members, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving financial performance. Known for his hands-on leadership style, he works closely with property teams to maintain service excellence and support overall portfolio success. Ishaan is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the Bowling Green Young Professionals. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his cat, Bane, and collecting LEGO sets.
