June is Internet Safety Month, which was first started in 2005. Since then, the landscape has changed, in regards to not only cybersecurity, but exploitation as well.

Unfortunately, hackers and predators alike have adapted, and users have adapted along with it, utilizing tactics such as multi-factor authentication, strong passwords, and recognizing spam and phishing. But...have you and your loved ones taken any steps to adapt to the new internet landscape which explicitly targets those who are vulnerable to exploitation, does little to protect from unwanted sexual imagery, and leaves unsuspecting users, especially youth, open to the tactics of predators and traffickers?!

🚨Missing Person 🚨

Stephen Barrett- 44 years old- Pulaski County

A man from Pulaski County has been reported missing.

The Kentucky State Police post in London reported that it is investigating the disappearance of 44-year-old Stephen C. Barrett of Williamsburg.

Barrett was last known to be staying at an unknown location in Pulaksi County. He is described as being a white male standing at 5’9”, weighing around 240 pounds and having short cut/balding brown hair.

According to the state police, Barrett is driving a maroon 2002 Chevrolet pickup truck with the license plate M8D713.

The investigation is being led by Trooper Adam Childress, and anyone with information concerning Barrett’s whereabouts is encouraged to call (606) 878-6622.
