Here’s a quick look at our NEW website that went live yesterday 🤩

As a business owner every expense matters. Like so many others, I started with my own website on Squarespace using my limited design capabilities. It got the job done and was a place for potential clients to see that I was “legit”.

Now, the AlgoMasHR website will be hub of accessible information from how to learn about our services to finding upcoming workshop and event details to hosting free and paid resources directly on the site.

Our main goal is to be your strategic HR partner and this new site will allow us to serve the community more effectively.

When I launched the first version of AlgoMas’ website, I built it myself.

It made sense at the time.

But the more my work evolved, the more I’d look at it and think about what I would change!

I want my testimonials to share the work that is meaningful to me.
I want you to be able to book 1:1 calls with ease when you want to.
I want you to be able to find more resources and downloads.

I do this work with leaders because we spend too much time at work to be somewhere that makes us miserable.

My clients trust me to show up with that conviction every single time. My brand should too.

So with the help of the , we are rebuilding it from the ground up.

In honor of this growth, here’s a throwback to one of the first workshops I hosted at shortly after they opened a couple of years ago. All I had was a my knowledge, experience, my favorite blazer and a flip chart. We all start somewhere and I’m grateful for the continued trust from the leaders I work with.

Before I share it, I want to tell you why.

The truth is what’s behind the work that I do in comes from constantly hearing over the years how miserable people are at work.

We spent about 25% of our time a week at work, even more for some!

I partner with leaders who genuinely see the value of their people and want to grow their businesses in a way that doesn’t kill morale or compliance. They want sustainability, partnership and clarity.

Before hiring someone in a random state, we recommend doing a quick search or chatting with us about what state employment laws might apply to you and your business!

Say you’re a business owner in Florida hiring for a W-2 employee who lives in California… 🤔

Are you subject to Cali state law? Y-E-S. ‼️

You need to register with the state of California to set up additional withholdings, register your 401k program or file for an exemption if qualified, understand their paid leave programs (as they have a few) and more!

Hiring great talent across state lines is a plus for many businesses but it can bring a whole new set of risks if you’re not aware.

• Addressing behaviors quickly with clarity and kindness
