Thanks to a partnership with the Montana Department of Agriculture and the Food and Agriculture Development Centers, Claude has delivered food safety trainings in communities across the state, making it easier for small and medium-sized manufacturers to access valuable in-person instruction.

Why Good People Need Great Systems 🔄

What happens when your best employee takes a day off?

Many manufacturers rely on experienced team members, supervisors, or owners to solve problems, keep production moving, and bridge process gaps. But is that a sustainable way to build a high-performing organization?

Beyond the meals themselves, this story highlights the role innovation can play in helping ranchers reach new markets and meet changing consumer needs.
