Want to learn a Salesforce cloud, fast?

In the fourth episode of The Change Set, host Ben Nelson and Zinovo team member and Admineloper Mikiyo Aoki talk about learning the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud in brief fashion, what’s it’s like to be thrown into a large client project, and some tips when giving a demo to a client.

Have you ever worked on a really important client and dropped the ball? Or gotten to go-live and have the client reject the work?

In this episode of The Change Set podcast, Director of Sales and Delivery Manager Ashley Lorentz and Ben Nelson discuss how to move forward after a go-live doesn’t go as planned.

From a high level, there were months of work put into this project. Fast forward a few months to the go-live date, and the implementation was nothing like what they had envisioned.

In that moment it is easy to dwell on how you and your team got to this place. The best thing to do in that situation is not to dwell, but to strategically move forward to get your client in a place of operation. Creating a list of items that can be executed upon, and ensuring that the client and decision makers agree and understand those items will help maintain the relationship and get the org operational.
