Hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator
2S Earthworks, Inc. is a growing excavation company based in Bozeman, MT looking for an experienced equipment operator to add to our ambitious team. Our jobs include residential, commercial, sitework & underground utility projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance on machines such as checking oil, fluids, and tires.
- Operate excavator, skid steer, skip loader, dozer, loader, water truck, etc.
- Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating a variety of heavy equipment.
- Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
- Ability to read and understand building plans.
- Experience with GPS is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license (CDL not required).
