Next Level Coaching and Consulting, along with the nonprofit APPEX, are proud to announce a partnership aimed at delivering a unique entrepreneurial cohort experience. This 12-week program is tailored to facilitate a transition to the next level, encompassing all vital aspects and incorporating expert guest speakers. Recent interest in grant writing has led us to allocate two weeks to providing a proven formula. Following a survey of 30 black-owned local businesses, we are excited to implement a cohort that incorporates your concerns. This cohort is for any small business owner, nonprofit, or anyone who wants to start or create one.
We have organized a community workshop and forum to be held next month. This will be our first of many Listen and Don't Judge workshops. We will gather additional concerns and challenges, but also ideas you may have to add to our mission. We are not a chamber but will recommend local chambers to get involved to begin building your network, opportunities and connections.
Through our research, we have found most small businesses fail within the first few years, due to having a great idea but lacking knowledge to successfully operate the business, with black businesses more likely to fail within the first 18 months. We acknowledge the difficulties faced by business owners in sustaining their businesses and are committed to helping those seeking to establish businesses or non-profit organizations. For those currently in business and may be struggling, you are not alone. Our program will empower you to transform your ideas into successful entities, providing you with the tools, opportunities, and connections for success. You will have an opporrunity to create your business or nonprofit during the class and work on it throughout the cohort. The two cohorts will alternate weekly, and we are dedicated to supporting your growth and development throughout this journey.
