Rye Ranch is taking shape in Parrish! This 1,368 acre development is located in the SE section of CR 675 and Rye Road. It's in the initial building stages, and there will be a total of 3,500 housing units starting in the $300's. Here's more details on the project:
π The golden colored sections will be retail spaces, including a new Publix plaza with some local services like a bank, doctor's offices, restaurants, a car wash (everyone's favorite!) and likely coffee shops, a gas station and nail/hair salons.
π³ Out of 1,368 acres, 28% will be open spaces, ponds, playgrounds and parks.
π΄ββοΈ Rye Ranch will feature over 10 miles of dedicated hiking and biking trails.
π Golf Course Road will extend eastward to meet up with 675, and a few other main roads within the community will be Legacy Preserve Drive and Pine Bridge Avenue, which will line up with Mulholland Road.

π Rye Ranch Elementary school for grades K-5 will be situated in the dark center section of the map.
π§° The builders are currently Encore by David Weekly Homes, Lennar Homes and Cardel Homes. More builders may be added in future phases.

π The Parrish Fire Station II was completed in 2023, just south of Golf Course Road.
π¦ Rye Road and Golf Course Road will become 4 lane roads, and CR 675 is planned to become a 6 lane thoroughfare in the future.
