Please join us in congratulating a familiar Ravineer, Dr. Robert Ferraro, PharmD, MBA, 340B ACE, on his promotion to CEO, and Dr. Jaclyn Hahn, PharmD, 340B ACE, on her promotion to COO. Together, they bring strong vision and operational leadership to support our expanding services and long-term direction.

At the same time, Jennifer Lockwood, MBA, ACHE, our Founder will continue her impact as Executive Chair. In this role, Jennifer will focus on strategic direction, 340B advocacy, partnerships, acquisitions, and industry best practices, while helping ensure team alignment as we continue to deliver the high-impact, client-first work Ravin Consultants is known for.

This leadership evolution comes at an important moment for the 340B program. As regulatory pressure and operational demands continue to grow, experienced, specialized guidance is more critical than ever.
