Good morning folks. We have a tower that took a direct lightning strike in Mason County yesterday evening. 100% of equipment at that site is being replaced. Crews are already working hard to replace the damaged equipment this morning. We will provide additional updates as we make repairs. Sorry for the trouble but thank God for the rain!!

Good morning folks we wanted to take a moment and notify you of a serious error that occurred. We have a merchant services provider that has duplicated all of our bank draft customers transactions for September 15, 2026.

We wanted to sincerely apologize to the 53 customers that this affected, we are doing all we can to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Because the merchant services provider neglected to identify the affected customers initially, refused to identify the total number of duplicate transactions, and maintained control of the possibly fraudulent funds without forwarding them to us or returning them to you next business day we feel this to be a targeted action that was taken specifically driven towards our bank draft customers because it did not affect our credit card or debit card transactions for the day.

The merchant services provider has not provided any investigation details into this serious error that occurred, specifically as to whether this was human or machine error.

While we have already reached out to the merchant services providers General Council, we would encourage you to do the same, especially if you are concerned about the potential liabilities the merchant services provider may face.

Looks like a fiber is cut somewhere between the soccer fields and the lake store. This means folks from the lake store to Dodge Heights are down. Fiber crew is en route.
