**UPDATE** I filed the articles of incorporation form today with my name and signature only as "incorporator." Instructions said only one is needed so that's what I did.

Hi SNIP group, I am getting ready to send in our Articles of Incorporation to the state of MN. It asks for names and signatures of "incorporators." Does anyone mind if I sign for them on this one form? At this point, it's a one-time thing and I wouldn't do this without your permission. This form needs to be filed before our formal application to the IRS for 501c3 status. Thanks!

Dana will go in to the bank and sign a form to be removed from the SNIP bank account.

I will apply for EIN later today when I get to the Cities. After we get that, we can probably go ahead and set up a business account.

Just a thought but we should probably be discussing our business on this page? Things like monetary discussions, meeting times and places, etc. I know this is just one more site to be monitored for our busy members and board but some discussions might not be appropriate for public view.
