A huge catch up photo dump much needed.

We have welcomed an adorable new friend to the crew and her pals have been so kind and caring towards her.

We are getting outside daily to play in that snow and have been so thankful for the sunshine lately. ☀️🙌🏼 ❄️

The little ones don’t seem so little anymore and time has truly been a thief. So for now, we cherish every beautiful day spent together. 🌲🤟🏽

Another trip to the forest for a moment of reflection, affirmation and to notice the ongoing changes. In the forest and in ourselves. 🍁

A couple weeks ago, this crew went out to observe the first signs of change in the forest. What did they observe? So much!

Fallen acorns, changing colors, newly emerging mushrooms, and so much more!

We always remember to ask, “Why? How does this happen? Where does this change come from?” They were introduced to the word “chlorophyll” and “pigment”.

Forming critical thinking skills and vocabulary development- all from a visit to the woods!

🍎 Apple lesson in full swing! 🍏
Learning all about where they come from and the hard work it takes to grow that delicious fruit we love to eat. We identified and learned new words for the parts of an apple. Observing how when we cut an apple horizontally it looks different from when we cut it diagonally. So much more to learn!

I’d say we are having a great summer! These cool kids helped to paint and build a “pink lemonade” stand. They got to bake cookies and banana bread to share. They even squeezed the lemons to make fresh lemonade! 🍋

Our garden is doing great and we check it daily to observe the changes. Occasionally we taste test a few of the goods ☺️ 🥕 🫛

So many smiles along the way.

Our daily affirmations remind us we are kind, a good friend, that we can do hard things and most importantly, that we are loved.
