Lighten Up Massage & Body Work Mobile Massage Therapy. Trauma informed Certified Massage Therapist and compassionate companion. I am excited to begin the next part of my independent journey.

I combine my love of massage, movement, and compassionate communication to connect with individuals on multiple levels to increase wellness and peace while decreasing pain and pressure. I have worked in a variety of settings that have all focused-on customer or consumer care with a focus on developing interpersonal communication. I have a warm and nurturing presence that invites a space of safety

and comfort. I have been a certified massage therapist for more than 16 years and have delved into the formal studies of community psychology, clinical mental health and rehabilitation and education counseling with the intention to offer an integrative holistic healing approach to massage therapy and bodywork. I have spent many years formally and informally researching stress, abuse, developmental trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, personality disorders, generational trauma, and holistic healing. My current lens hi-lights the concepts of polyvagal theory and the neuro-relational model that focuses on felt safety, love, trust, attunement, connection, and autonomy.
