This last summer Larch Design helped coordinate volunteers over three weekends to install a landscape plan designed by Larch Design for St. Andrew's Catholic Church to complement the new additions to the church. Stay tuned for the finishing touches to be done this next spring and summer.

Larch Design worked with the homeowners to update their access to the lake and improve the lakeside aesthetic. The project created a more usable space below the small hill as well as opening up the view of the lake from the house.

Larch Design worked with the Brainerd HRA to solve several drainage issues the property was experiencing. Additional retaining walls, rain gardens and dry creek beds were added or revamped and relocated to handle greater volume. In addition storm-water from the building roofs were redirected underground where possible to reduce overland runoff and finally an irrigation system was designed and installed to strengthen turf grass to help hold the sandy soil.
