Following the completion of the weld team assembly, a thorough inspection was conducted on the requisite welding using nondestructive testing (NDT) methods. Specifically, the C30B70 crane boom and pedestal extension were subjected to rigorous evaluation through ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle testing (MT). These stringent quality control measures are crucial for validating our product design and quality assurance program. Subsequently, the pedestal extension will be welded to the lower base for further machining, while the boom will be prepared for the blast and paint process. Further information regarding our marine cranes can be found at https://www.EBI-inc.com/marine-cranes/.
