What can i say about this man a lot of you don’t already know? Tan Truong has been a mainstay in the Jackson restaurant scene for over 35 years at Bonsai. From humble beginnings to fame and fortune and beyond, i am proud to have called him my boss for 10 years and my friend for 25 years. This really isn’t saying good bye but just thank you for being you and setting the high bar of service industry standards we all need. Seeing people greet you tonight and sharing their love and respect for what you and the family created was amazing. Tan, thank you for cementing your name in Jackson Service Industry history. Lakeland drive will be gone soon but the tradition still lives in Clinton. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had another fantastic class at Jo’s Diner in Flowood yesterday. Breakfast was a bonus. This breakfast burrito was fantastic. Highly recommend them for any meal.

As the new year starts up, I want to sincerely thank all my clients for a very busy and successful year with MRTC. 2024 is already starting up strong with several new clients joining us and some return clients already booking training and consultation. i am extremely blessed to be starting my 4th year doing what i truly love to do. I’ve made a promise to myself to be more active with my page here and keeping everyone up to date on what’s going on with MRTC. Looking forward to another great year serving everyone with their training and consulting needs.
