Sometimes the conversation with God does not come with a clear plan.
It comes as a nudge.
This Is the text my friend I discussed.
“I prayed before I started reading.
I asked the Lord to guide me.
And then I felt that familiar tension.”
Not fear that says stop.
But a quiet awareness that says, “This will require Me.”
She said, “I almost put it down, not because it was wrong, but because it felt bigger than me. And that is when it clicked. If it does not stretch my faith, I probably do not need God to be involved.”
That is what I am calling a scary nudge. She called it, “scary good.”
Not panic.
Not pressure.
Just holy discomfort that invites trust.
It is scary.
And it is good.
I am curious. Have you ever felt a moment like that, where God gently invited you forward before you felt ready?
