If this is accurate, and a “manager” made this call, there should be an investigation and at the very least, medical bills paid.

A former Chick-fil-A worker in Atlanta is going viral after claiming a workplace injury completely derailed her life.
The woman, who posts on TikTok as , says she was working at the Chick-fil-A on Cascade Road when an empty pan slipped from an elevated storage area and “bashed” her on top of the head.
She says she immediately began feeling lightheaded but tried to continue working. After taking a 30-minute break, she claims she told a manager she still didn’t feel right and asked to go home early.
According to her, the manager told her no and said she had to wait for another employee to arrive.
She says she returned to work, but her condition quickly worsened. Bright lights began hurting her eyes, she struggled to speak, her knees gave out and she fell — allegedly striking her head AGAIN on a metal counter before blacking out.
The worker says she eventually went to Emory Hospital, where she underwent CT scans and was diagnosed with a concussion. She claims she later suffered migraines, vision problems, nausea, light sensitivity and dizziness.
But she says the aftermath became even worse.
She claims workers’ compensation did not cover everything she expected, leaving her with medical debt. She eventually quit Chick-fil-A because she no longer felt capable of working in a kitchen environment.
“So it literally left me homeless for a little bit. It left me jobless up until now,” she said.
She summed up her experience with one brutal statement:
“Chick-fil-A ruined my life.”
