I have a client looking for a handyman type person to fill a maintenance tech position at a office building complex in St. Pete. Must have good knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems but does not need to be certified.
Full time position with over time galore. Pay starts at $18-$20 per hour depending on experience.
Must speak English and have a clean background. Good opportunity for advancement to building engineer and more. Position is available immediately.
