I remember it just like it was yesterday. We were all in the conference room, I brought my giant post notes and dry erase markers, and we mapped out 5++ years of vision, goals, and tasks. The faith, synergy, and motivation in the room was electrifying. OH - did I mention, this was my first EVER consultant client in the medical field, so I was in the room with the SOME BIG brains and the internal pressure was ON.

FAST FORWARD: I am speechless at the success the Upper Cervical Center of Brandon has accomplished. Did I mention, they achieved significant gains all throughout the pandemic? God is beyond good.

They are now successfully:
- Debt Free
- Financial Solid (including Savings)
- Growing consistently with Patient visits and retention
- Adequately Staffed and thriving

I have tried and failed to fully express the heart and soul of Dream That Big. I literally realized this as I spoke with someone this morning. As I listened to them seriously flirt with giving up on their Dreams due to challenges - A sudden, organic river of encouragement began to flow from my mouth.

That's when it hit me, "Dream That Big isn't just about inspiration and information but it is a community where we will band together and fight for each other's dreams!!"

As most of you know, we live in a world filled with access to information but when the going get's tough it is people that help other people breakthrough. And that is the #1 reason we exist is to be that community for people who need a tribe to have their back.

There were so many times where I didn’t feel good enough, accomplished enough or confident enough to start pursing my dreams.

Who’s been there? 🙋🏾‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️ All the “yes’s” I GET IT!

Since I was nine years old I’ve been dreaming BIG! In fact my dad would jokingly tell me, “Tory, I think you were born into the wrong family.” While younger family and friends would just laugh off all my BIG talk as mumbo-jumbo 😂

So . . . I didn’t have the external affirmation I craved to quellish my internal insecurities.

Which led to two decades of feeling like a failure in things I hadn’t even given a try 😩

After two decades of allowing feelings to rule my life, I made two conscious decisions that dramatically changed everything. And today I’d like to share them with you 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾

➡️ I started doing what I desire doing and stopped succumbing to living by how I felt
➡️ I limited the power I gave to peoples perception and elevate my responsibility of being the #1 believer in my dreams

These two intentional decisions changed my life substantially and I pray that it will do the same or more for you!

It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’ve come from or what you have been through — YOU were created for success!
