As another enriching week wraps up, I’m here to share my “Insights for the Week.” It’s been a week of growth, gratitude, and exploration.

Here are the ‘insights’ that stood out the most:

1. Passion in Action: This week, my love for coaching took me on a journey to the Sunshine State of Florida to participate in my very first “Coachathon.” The experience was nothing short of transformative. Being surrounded by my coaching tribe in such an electrifying environment has immensely solidified my commitment to this path. When you’re passionate about your work, distance becomes just a number.

2. The Power of Journaling: I’ve been reminded of the profound impact that consistent, private journaling has on self-awareness. It’s a practice that allows us to show up authentically, honoring the principle of “to thy own self be true.” If you’re committed to exploring your inner landscape and emerging more self-aware, I encourage you to pick up a pen and start this journey.

3. Kindness as a Catalyst: A heartfelt compliment from a small business client reminded me of the profound impact kindness can have in our professional lives. What insights have you gleaned from this week that you plan to carry into the weekend and beyond?

Me, I have a few…

1. I need to learn how to end my work day at a reasonable hour because burnout is real.

2. The coaches in my inner-circle inspire me and keep me laughing!

3. I’m going to continue contemplating ‘conscious leadership coaching’ as an intuitive modality to add to my coaching toolkit. I’m fascinated with the ‘how’ and the ‘why’ we make leadership choices.

4. Seriously questioning why I still have 18 actual book copies of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) with date ranges between 2000 - 2023? I literally have no book shelf space remaining for all these FARs.
