Election Day is coming up - and this book by Sarah Longwell of The Bulwark is my next read. Sarah is one of my all time favorite podcasters and though leaders - with thoughtful takes on complex issues, including how to meet voters where they are (and realizing some voters are just not reachable).

Sarah is also a compassionate, thoughtful, wicked smart female leader that holds her space in even the strongest headwinds. Thank for being a leader we can be proud of Sarah!!

The women brought beautiful insights into how they can break bad habits holding them back from greater success. From perfectionism to rumination to a lack of visibility, the group had great ideas about how to leap forward!
