RE. December 1 deadline for reserving panels at the Margery Evans CSA in Guilford!

Please pardon the impersonal nature of this message. (If you have already reserved your CSA wattage, please disregard this message.)
Here is an important REMINDER if you are considering purchasing panels in this array but have not yet placed an order:
A large customer wishes to buy all available unsold capacity in the array. In the spirit of community solar, and out of courtesy to those of you who have contacted us and are in the middle of evaluating whether to buy panels - a significant investment for the average household - and how to finance your purchase, we will accept orders (signed purchase agreements plus $1000 deposits) until December 1. On that date, all remaining unsold panels will be reserved for the large customer.
If you miss this opportunity but still wish to buy into a community array, our next opportunity will be the Newfane Landfill community array, to be built in mid-2018. Because Newfane is a post-2016 array, the incentives will be lower, although we will offer panels at $3.85/Watt (instead of $4/Watt) to partially compensate. Newfane residents and property/business owners will enjoy an exclusive purchase period from December 1 through February 28. Panel purchasers from other towns within Green Mountain Power territory will be placed on our waiting list, with first-come, first-served access to the panels remaining as of March 1, 2018. (Beyond Newfane Landfill, other community solar arrays are in development as well, so stay tuned.)
