So excited about the hot-off-the-press book, Print Town: Brattleboro's Legacy of Words!! :)
Did you know Harry Potter was first printed in the U.S. in Brattleboro? Or that the first African American poet lived in Grafton? Or that for hundreds of years Brattleboro has been a hub for printing, publishing and writing?
There are so many amazing true stories packed into "Print Town", a richly illustrated, beautifully designed book with 32 local authors and a foreword by Tom Bodett.
Published by Vermont Historical Society and printed right here at Howard Printing, this book is a treasure of its own, and will be delivered from the printer TODAY!
Just in time for some last-minute gifting, or to order for a leisurely post-holiday treat, all of the first-run copies (only 450 were printed, and only about 60 are left for purchase), will be numbered and signed by the award-winning designer James Brisson.
Pick-up is 12/23 (and more dates next week). Link below in the comments for how to reserve your copy today before they are gone.
