Baby brisket all done.

Playing this little guy by ear. Mostly a flat. Took it out of the pack, rinsed, rubbed, threw it on the smoker. Rubbed with Certainly Good Bold & Beefy. Panned it just now. Thinking I may add bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms to pan with n an hour or two.

21 lb Turkey on the smoker today...

Let us smoke your Thanksgiving Turkey this year! Turkeys range in size from 12-15 lbs. All Turkey's will be smoked with real wood and ready for pickup on Thanksgiving morning. All you will need to do is heat and eat! We also do other smoked items including sides. Delivery is possible for Vigo and Clay county local customers. Turkeys are $50 and all orders must have a $20 deposit and paid in full upon pickup. PM me for your orders.
