If you want to make new habits, you can’t just do it blindly.
You have to actively decide which habits that you want to change. That’s the first step.
Next, you replace the old habit with your new desired habit, like replacing scrolling on your phone with working out.
Not only that, you also have to be aware when those old habits start creeping back so you can push them aside when they come up.
Building new habits takes not only time, but alap intentional effort over that time.
