Hello, September! What a way to start the month ❤️

So incredibly honored to be featured in the September 2026 issue of Long Beach City Lifestyle Magazine.

This feature means more to me than simply seeing my name and story in print. It represents the years behind it - starting over, taking risks, raising my daughters, building a career and business, navigating setbacks, and continuing to show up even when life wasn’t easy.

One line from the article probably says it best:

“As a single mom, you don’t have the luxury to give up.”

And I didn’t.

From finding my niche in healthcare and medical practice brokerage, to becoming one of the top-ranked brokers in the country, owning my own franchise, and now expanding my work into the Long Beach market - I’m proud of how far this journey has taken me.

Not because everything went according to plan.

But because I kept reinventing the plan. 🙏🏻

A huge thank you to Long Beach City Lifestyle Long Beach City Lifestyle for giving me the opportunity to share my story and for such a beautiful feature. I’m truly grateful and honored. 🤍

10 years ago, I came to America. 🇺🇸

I came with ambition, hope, and probably no idea how much life was about to teach me.

Ten years later, here are a few things I know for sure:

✨ Starting over is scary… but sometimes it’s exactly how you find out what you’re capable of.

✨ Hard work can open doors, but learning your worth changes which doors you’re willing to walk through.

✨ Success isn’t just what you build. It’s also what you survive, what you learn, and who you become along the way.

✨ Not everyone who starts the journey with you is meant to finish it with you. And that’s okay.

✨ You can lose money, relationships, opportunities, and entire versions of your life and still rebuild.

✨ Being strong doesn’t mean carrying everything forever. Sometimes strength is finally learning what you no longer have to carry.

‼️ And perhaps my biggest lesson: I don’t need to be chosen. I get to choose, too!

Ten years in America.

I’ve built. I’ve lost. I’ve loved. I’ve started over. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve surprised myself.

And somehow, after everything, I still believe the best chapters haven’t happened yet. 🙏🏻

Cheers to the woman who arrived 10 years ago…

Busy doesn’t mean you stop taking care of yourself.

Some of my best ideas, clearest decisions, and biggest resets happen when I step away from the laptop and move. 🏓💃🏻🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️🏋️‍♀️

Whatever it is for you: pickleball, the gym, a walk, a run - make room for it.

The work will still be there when you get back.
But you’ll come back better.

These days, luxury looks a little different to me.

A sunny day.
Good food.
Something cold in my hand.
My girl having the time of her life.
And absolutely nowhere I need to rush to.

I’m learning that a rich life isn’t always about having more.

Sometimes it’s simply having enough space to actually enjoy what you already have. 💯

First time attending Taste of Anaheim, and it definitely won’t be my last! 🍊

Great food, amazing local businesses, and a community that truly shows up for one another.

It was great seeing Dara Maleki again Dara Maleki , and I appreciate the introduction to Congresswoman Young Kim Young Kim for Congress . Always grateful for opportunities to connect with leaders who are passionate about supporting Anaheim and our local business community.

The icing on the cake? I won tickets to an Angels game! ⚾️🎉🤩 (usually im not lucky winning raffle) definitely wasn’t expecting to leave with an extra surprise!

And of course, having Tori by my side made the experience even more special. ❤️ I love exposing her to events like this where she gets to see firsthand the value of community, leadership, and building meaningful relationships.

Thank you to everyone who made this event possible. Here’s to supporting local businesses, making new connections, and creating memories that last.
