We enjoyed the ADVENTURE and were delighted to witness the City of Pomona - Government win the Lighthouse Award for generating revenue with innovation through Short-Term Rentals! HdL and Make-A-Wish Orange County and the Inland Empire both celebrated 40th anniversaries this year, making this year's gala extra special! We got a personal look into the magic of granting a wish as wish kid Xayden was gifted a golden retriever puppy! This represents the 8,000th wish granted by this Chapter!

Catalytic converter theft is a nationwide problem. The City of Lake Forest - Government was among the first in Orange County to pass specific ordinances to make it easier to arrest and prosecute catalytic converter thieves. Additionally, we're helping the City utilize ARPA funding to help residents and local auto shops prevent and eradicate the issue!

The short-term rental world is constantly changing. After passing a new ordinance, the City of Columbia Government SC permitted 233 rental owners. The City dug further and uncovered 214 additional properties. Mayor Daniel Rickenmann advocates that STRs act as a boon for tourism.
