As summer begins to loosen its grip on West Texas, the landscape at CC Farms takes on a different rhythm. We've been hard at work crafting our Harvest menu for the fall season and revamping our standard service menus to be even better than before. Here's a sneak peak of our new menus.

Our new Harvest Menu was created as a collection of thoughtfully composed dishes that celebrate deep flavors and accompanies our standard menu so well. Each plate is designed with balance in mind: layered flavors, beautiful ingredients, and the kind of quiet refinement that encourages dinner to unfold slowly.

Here, wine is not simply something poured alongside the meal. It is part of the experience so we wanted our menus to celebrate the wines we make as a wonderful partnership.

Beautifully plated. Generously poured. And meant to be shared.

Santorini at Sunset was a wild success! 🇬🇷

The room was filled with laughter, smiles, incredible food and wine, and so much joy. We had just as much fun creating the evening as our guests and friends had experiencing it and before the night was even over, everyone was already asking the same question: “When’s the next one?!”

Now that our little escape to Santorini has come to an end, we can finally start sharing what we’ve been working on behind the scenes during our break. New and improved menus are coming, including an entirely new Harvest Menu for fall.

We’ll be revealing everything next week as the new menus officially go online. We cannot wait to welcome you back to CC Farms for this next chapter.

Santorini, you were unforgettable. Now bring on fall.

A majority of what we’re serving tonight at our dinner event, Santorini at sunset has been imported overnight from Greece so we can immerse you in the most authentic flavors. However some things should be local and we thank Nielson Honey Farm Texas for providing us some fantastic local honey to dress our dishes!

Good news, bad news… or bad news, good news? 😂 Around here, we call it a silver lining.

While we were on our little break, we discovered that the ceiling our contractor installed over the bar hadn’t been done quite right and, well… it came crashing down and destroyed all of our wine glasses and numerous other things.

The part we’re incredibly grateful for? It happened while we were closed, with no one working in the area. Things can be replaced. People can’t. ❤️

And if you know us, you know we rarely let a little chaos go to waste. We took the opportunity to reimagine the bar, give it a fresh new look, and have these stellar wine barrel chandeliers made especially for the space.

A little rustic. A little glamorous. A whole lot of CC Farms.

Sometimes the unexpected gives you the perfect excuse to make something even better than it was before.

We think these turned out pretty darn great. What do you think?

Greece is officially moving in at the farm! 🇬🇷

The tables are coming together set behind a beautiful backdrop and the details are falling right into place. A little piece of Santorini is taking shape right here at CC Farms. It’s going to be such a beautiful night, good wine, incredible food, candlelight, and a sunset worthy of the Greek Isles.

We’re all shoots, blooms, and a little bit of magic today! It’s a beautiful day at CC Farms, and everything around here seems to be reaching for the sunshine. The vineyard babies are growing, the flowers are showing off, and we couldn’t be happier watching this place come to life. We miss yall and we can’t wait to see everyone soon for our first days back coming up!
