This week at the winery and Cafe Serene American Brasserie, we’re putting our own wine-country spin on a fast-food legend.

Golden fries are piled high and smothered with American cheese, a mountain of slow caramelized onions, and our signature amped up burger sauce. Then comes the fun part… Top them with fajita chicken, crispy bacon, or if you’re adventurous go all in and have both. Because we can’t get enough of the burger sauce we’re putting some extra side saddle for dipping!

It’s a familiar favorite, reimagined the CC Farms way. A little more indulgent, a little more elevated, and a whole lot more delicious.

Come hungry. Bring friends. Order extra napkins. 🍷🍟

The kitchen has been buzzing today getting some delicious bites ready for tonight for our special buckaroos!

We’re especially excited about these Dubai Chocolate Mousses. We think they are so pretty. Also sharing a few snapshots from a beautiful birthday luncheon we had the pleasure of hosting earlier this week for a very special person! 🥳

Tonight, CC Farms Winery and Cafe Serene American Brasserie will be closed to honor and host a graduating class of Buckaroos as they celebrate their 40th High School Reunion.

Forty years of friendships, memories, milestones, and life’s adventures have led to this special evening. We hope every conversation, every laugh, and every shared memory reminds you just how meaningful those connections remain.

Our second wine series, The Marquis Collection, has finally arrived home and is now resting comfortably in the cellar, waiting for the perfect moment to be uncorked and celebrated.

One of our favorite parts of creating wine is designing labels that tell the story of the land and the journey that brought us here to Breckenridge. Each bottle in this collection carries a small piece of that story. If you have passionflower growing along your fence line, you’ll instantly recognize the beautiful bloom featured on one of these labels as a nod to the natural beauty that surrounds us every day at CC Farms.

Over the past year, we’ve been blessed to welcome so many wonderful guests and friends through our doors. This collection is another milestone in that journey, and we cannot wait to share these wines with the people who have supported us from the beginning.

For now, they’re tucked away safely in the cellar. But not for long.

Stay tuned as the Marquis Collection is coming soon, and we can’t wait to raise a glass with you.

We’re committed to maintaining a harmony through respect for the land and crafting exceptional wines to celebrate the surroundings. Won’t you come along with us on this journey?

Due to the storm that just came through Breckenridge, CC Farms is currently without power. We are being advised power should be restored soon. We will be delaying our opening until 5PM today pending the restoration of power. We will keep everyone posted via our social media channels.

Our sincere apologies! We hope that all our patrons are safe that we’re in the path of the storm and thank our amazing lineman for working to restore power.
