Got to spend two whole days with my fave daughter 😉 We stayed in Leadville last night and hiked Mt Elbert early this am (the highest mountain in CO at 14,430 ft) Was a beautiful day, 11 miles, Skipper rocked it as usual ! My 14th 14er and Skipper’10th ! Tay is up there too !

Wonderful weekend with one of my crazy fun runner friends (she will always say yes!) who turned 60! We stayed in a beautiful house in the Snoqualmie mountains, and ran in the (it was a BQ qualifier and some serious racers out there! I loved the gravel tunnels bridges and waterfall views ! We were lucky and didn’t get rained on ! Next day was a nice hike to the Falls and what I call through “an enchanted forest” filled with blackberries and all sorts of stuff ! Trees were super cool !!!

Mental health morning ….after 5 days in a row of double shifts and working with people I have a moment - just a moment - to sit and have a coffee and enjoy the Frisco views (before I teach Barre and back to work!) I know we all have a choice in how we live our life and most of the time my choices are good.

for busy people ! Find a good Tabata playlist (I like 30/10) and do 20 minutes of HIIT work. This is one segment. Do what feels good for you but get that heart rate going ! This is one part - add in jumping jacks, jump rope, squat jumps, jump lunges, squat to shoulder press …. Get her ✅! Or Sprints! One min on 30 sec recovery ! !
