McCoy Auction Services Full Service Auction House. We hold weekly Auctions on Saturdays. We also handle off site sales and personal property appraisals.

I am a Pennsylvania State licensed Auctioneer/Appraiser. Serving Franklin, Fulton, Bedford and Adams County in south central Pennsylvania. We can do on Site Auctions as well as off site auctions. We also have the ability to move and store your items for sale at later time if you have time constraints. I am also the Auctioneer and owner of Sam's Mountain Auction House in Breezewood Pa. We have sale

there every Saturday night starting at 4:00 PM

Also, we have plenty of storage to store your items. If you need to get the items moved quickly we can bring our staff in and pack and remove the items and store them till we are ready to have the sale. Rates are typically as follows(larger sales are done on an individual basis):

Small house hold items and antiques----25%

Motor Driven items or larger equipment--10%

Real Estate---------------------------------------2%

You don’t have to live up to anyone's expectations but your own. Be brave enough to deviate from a path someone else has laid out for you, and be strong enough to stand up for the path you choose.
